I came for oil change. The service guy asked if I wanted tire rotation. He never said it cost. At first I said no. Then went back and said yes. Due to me only having one when I first got the car. Which I didn't have to pay. But at this time when everything was done; he then stated come on to the payment desk. That's when I found out I was paying for the tire rotation. That was the worst experience.

I had to wait 31/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation After 2days I found a lug in front of my truck that came off. After inspection of other lugs there was 5 that were loose Thank God nothing happened on my trip to Alabama
