I recently purchased a 2025 Buick Envision for my wife after she became interested in the model through social media. During her initial visit to the dealership, she met Preston, who was exceptionally kind and transparent about being new to the role. He provided a thorough walkthrough of the only Envision available on the lot at the time, which was a base model. Initially, she thought the vehicle might not be the right fit, but she continued researching and we discussed it extensively. The following week, she returned to the dealership and met with Preston again, who introduced her to his trainer, Trench. After briefly considering the Buick Envista and finding it too small, she test-drove an Envision and confirmed it was the vehicle she wanted. While the exact color and options she preferred were not available on-site, Preston and Trench were proactive in locating the perfect match and securing the vehicle within just a few days. Throughout the purchasing process, both Preston and Trench worked seamlessly as a team, providing excellent communication and keeping us informed every step of the way. Their professionalism and dedication made for a smooth and enjoyable car-buying experience. I would highly recommend working with them and will definitely consider purchasing from Gerry Lane again in the future.

The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of Eathen! The service department at Jerry Lane is absolutely horrible! From the Supervisor to the mechanic. Mechanic never greased my vehicle or adds any windshield washer fluid. Didn’t even put a sticker for my next oil change! The service supervisor is not at all concerned about customer complaints. I asked about the 2 hour wait time (even though I had an appointment) and his response was “I do not have a mechanic who can stand by and wait for you! Terrible!

My experience was great just think prices for engine air filter and cabin air filter are too high in price and then on top of that you’ll charged me 55.00 dollars for labor (never again) for a customer who has been as loyal to you’ll as I have (checked the record).

I love Gerry Lane, the convenience and the shuttle. However this service was the trucks first oil change and a patch job on a tire. Gerry Lane damaged the heck out my rim on the tire patch job. Extremely disappointed
