They couldn���t find the problem I described but I appreciated them trying to find it. But, I DID NOT APPRECIATE the mud all over the floor mat and surrounding area on the driver front seat. Looked like they tried to put paper down but that didn���t help. Were they were working on my new car in a muddy field because that���s what it looked like!

I brought my truck in because it said service transmission and we only had the car a few days when we purchased it. I had an appointment for 7 and was there until 5 to find out a part had to be ordered. They said they would call me when it arrives in a couple of days.i did not receive a call so I called them. The part was there and told me to bring it in on Monday and then said Wed. I did and did not leave until after noon and had to pay $200. The truck is back to doing the same thing it will not stay in reverse sometimes. Very upset.
