I made an appointment for an oil change. I got here a little before 10 AM. I happened to have a blinker out and asked if that was something they could change for me. I was told they could. 4 hours later, I'm still waiting in the lobby and I was told that the oil change was completed, but that they are having trouble with the accessing the blinker. I would have hoped that at a GMC Service center, the technician would know how to complete a simple blinker change. Now it's Monday and I'm back here so they can continue to work on the blinker. They could not tell me how long it would take and I'm missing additional work due to a simple blinker change.
