Confirmed Service Customer
I was not there long, but it appears to me that GM is only concerned with money and not customer satisfaction. I have had transmission work done on this vehicle (2018 GMC Sierra 1500, vin 3GTU2PEC3JG542830) several times now and it's still not fixed properly. Also, the Waiver of Redhibition Warranty and Righsts was NOT disclosed to me before or after I signed and paid for the service. However, after reading the waiver when I got home, it was abundantly clear to me that GMC is not interested in customer service and is only interested in deceiving the customer and committing a robbery on us. Very disappointing. Will I buy another GM, yeah probably so, but with great disappointment.
