Tire rotation was one of the services required and they did indeed do that but the inflation of the tires was overlooked. The tires still had the same pounds of air as they did when I arrived.

No follow-up call was given after the vehicle was checked into to service the first week or second week. The third week after 2 calls to the service department, I went to the service center. The car was overlooked for a diagnostic for service.

Had an appointment for 11am for simple software update. Told also had a recall. After waiting 3 hours told no part for recall. Waited 4.5 hours for a software update. Worst service and customer consideration I have ever experienced. I will never go to Gerry Lane again

Appointment made for 7 am to 8 am arrived at 7:28 am service told me it would be a few hours and ( no follow-up information ) Vehicle was take to back parking lot seen on my on star at after 10am it was moved to the service dept. But was no looked at until after 1:pm they were just started to check it after all this time waiting and was told not the truth about it I pulled it from service and will not return . they do not keep there promise. I was there from 7:28 am to after 1:00 pm

Had an appointment for 11:00am to get my oil changed and it was after 1:00pm before they finished. At 12:27 I was talking to someone in the waiting room that had 10:00 oil change and was still there. Went to the service desk at 12:48 to check on the status of my car and had a filter and tag just sitting on the counter and they said that's what they were waiting on, but no one ever came to ask me anything. Why is an appointment needed for an oil change if the wait is that long.
