Made appt told what I needed. Took over 3 hrs and did not fix recall… had to order oarts (they should already have known the could not complete on day scheduled. Fixed tire sensor problem but did not air up tires to same pressures. Has to wait additional time for that to be corrected. They did get oil change completed.

Had to bring the car in the day after I picked it up because they sensor on the front left tire needed attention. Four brand new tires were put on my car and when I got home I noticed that not one of the tires had the valve stem screw on cover on them. ???

I did bring my 2020 Sierra truck in for transmission problems. This is not the first issue with the transmission. The first time the fix was to change the oil used in the equipment. This did work and it lasted till it was out of power train warranty. $4,000.00 dollars later I am stuck with the bill. I respectfully requested some assistance with this issue from the Service Manager. He did take some of the cost for parts off the bill. He stated that his next step was to contact GM about the issue and request some assistance from them. He made sure he had my correct phone number and we left after paying the bill. It is now one week later, and I have never heard from anyone at the dealership service department. Actually, I didn't expect a call with any news of assistance, but a courtesy call would have been appreciated. Truck has 42,000 miles on it, is meticulously maintained, and now has a major repair to the transmission.

This is the second time I have had work done and had to get someone to changes something. It was a simple task of put my license plate on and move the Gerry lane tag to the front of the car. They put my state plate on the front of my truck and left the Gerry Lane plate on the back.

Tire rotation was one of the services required and they did indeed do that but the inflation of the tires was overlooked. The tires still had the same pounds of air as they did when I arrived.

No follow-up call was given after the vehicle was checked into to service the first week or second week. The third week after 2 calls to the service department, I went to the service center. The car was overlooked for a diagnostic for service.
