Confirmed Service Customer
Had tonneau cover install when arrived I was told we don���t do them this late in the day I told I have appointment they then said I don���t have one to do it today then said let me check. The first time my truck was ready for pick up there were tool left in the bed and the gap were not correct. The second time they gave to me it was still not correct I told I didn���t want it I was told that���s above my pay grade. They got the service manager he agreed that I was correct and took my truck back in and fixed.

made an appt. for my free oil change at 1pm. one hour later service writer came out to ask if i wanted another air filter, then 30 mins later my truck was ready. What is the point of making an appointment if it takes an hour and a half to get an oil change

Ben Pizant was in charge of the repairs (both times). It was taking longer than I thought it would and was running into an issue with 1 vehicle between 2 adults and 4 kids. I called and he was able to expedite the repairs. He was very helpful and easy to work with.

I came in for a service bulletin to flush the rear differential. I do not feel the work was done properly and have an appointment set up to redo the work where I bought the vehicle. Maybe it was because I purchased the vehicle from another dealership. I reported the repeating issue to Gerry Lane and they were going to call me back with a replacement on the rear differential. Days later��� no call back. In addition my vehicle came back looking like it went though several mud holes with mud splashes all the way up to the mirrors. This was probably due to the poor parking conditions in back of the dealership where my vehicle sat most of the time based on my tracker.

Not pleased at all. This was my 2nd time bringing in my vehicle this year, for major repair. This last time, I was told that my transmission needed to be replaced, and with labor, it would be 7,000+. I don't even owe that much for the vehicle, so there was no way. When it was brought in over the summer, my vehicle was there for 6 weeks. This had to do with a misdiagnosis, the wrong part being ordered, and on back order, AND an inspector was FINALLY called out, to determine what was ACTUALLY WRONG. It has definitely been alot.
